The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that each demonstration base should further focus on leading industries, improve the development level of industrial clusters, enhance the stability and competitiveness of the industrial chain and supply chain, participate in the development quality evaluation of demonstration bases, and play a leading role . The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen the guidance of grading and classification of demonstration bases, organize development quality evaluation and dynamic adjustment, increase the publicity and exchange of typical experiences, and support demonstration bases to accelerate exploration on the new industrialization path in accordance with the requirements of high-end, intelligent, and green. .

The Zhangjiakou Ice and Snow Sports Equipment Industrial Park officially started construction in 2018. Xiantao High-tech Industrial Development Zone was formerly known as Xiantao Economic Development Zone. It was founded in 1991 and became a national high-tech zone in September 2015. It became the third national high-tech zone established in a county-level city in the country. The weaving cloth industrial park is an important industry in the high-tech zone. During the epidemic period, it contributed 80% of the protective supplies in Hubei Province and 40% in the country. The nonwovens industry has become the first pillar industry in Xiantao. Xiantao is the largest nonwoven production, processing and export base in the country. Its products cover more than 130 varieties in 32 categories such as construction, medical, daily necessities, environmental protection, electronics, automobiles, aerospace, etc. It has cultivated brands such as Hengtian Jiahua and Xintao.
