Wool fabric dry finishing equipment-shearing machine
There are three types of shearing machines: longitudinal (warp) shearing machine, transverse (weft) shearing machine and fancy shearing machine. Woolen mills mostly use longitudinal shearing machines. Longitudinal shearing machines can be divided into single-knife, double-knife and three-knife shearing machines according to the number of shearing knife groups.
Increasing the number of shearing knife groups can achieve uniform shearing results.
Figure 11-11 shows the schematic diagram of the N041 three-knife shearing machine. It mainly consists of a cloth in and out device, three groups of shearing mechanisms, a fabric turning device and a transmission device. The fabric is introduced into the shearing mechanism from the fabric feeding device for shearing, and double-sided shearing can be achieved through the flipping device.
The main part of the shearing machine is the shearing mechanism, which consists of three parts: a spiral knife, a flat knife and a trestle, as shown in Figure 11-12.
The spiral knife is formed by a spiral blade wound upright on a circular mandrel. The spiral angle is 28° to 30°, and the number of blades is 8 to 24. Increasing the speed of the spiral cutter and enlarging the diameter of the spiral cutter can improve shearing efficiency.
The flat knife is a long and narrow thin blade with a very sharp edge and an oval long hole on the back. It can be fixed on the flat knife holder with screws and installed under the spiral knife to form a scissor opening with the spiral knife. The fabric rack supports shearing fabrics and is divided into two types: solid rack and empty rack [(a) and (b) in Figure 11-12]. The shearing efficiency of the real frame is high, and the pile is neat, but if there are yarn knots or debris, the surface of the fabric is easy to be sheared or even broken; the empty frame is not easy to cut the fabric, but the shearing efficiency is low, and the pile after cutting is not as neat as the real frame.
