涤纶超细纤维磨毛织物染色时极易产生折皱（鸡爪印），尤其是大红、藏青和深灰等色泽一旦发生很难修复。这种织物的组成大多是75D72F（经向）×150D/228F（纬向），密度为144×93，门幅4000px。一般采用退浆→预定形→磨毛→染色→拉幅定形→成品检验染整工艺。

（1）织物宜选用紧式退浆设备进行退浆，如平幅精练机、卷染机，以确保织物打卷平整。

（3）磨毛砂纸不仅要平整均匀，而且还要控制张力和速度等技术参数。实践中发现，要精选砂纸，调节水平压辊需视不同规格的产品和标样来决定技术参数。如果由于压辊水平度差，以致磨吃亏时产生织物局部过热，则难以保证尺寸稳定性，而且织物降强非常严重。
