Threads, ropes, ropes and cables are “special yarns” as long as they meet the following six conditions
1. Silk or spun silk yarn, with a fineness of more than 20,000 decitex;
2. Chemistry Fiber yarn (including yarn spun from two or more monofilaments in Chapter 54), with a fineness of more than 10,000 decitex;
3. Hemp or linen yarn:
(1) If polished or varnished, the fineness shall be 1429 decitex or above;
(2) Without gloss or varnish, the fineness shall be 20000 decitex or above;
4. Three strands or Coconut fiber yarn with more than three strands;
5. Other plant fiber yarns with a fineness of more than 20,000 decitex;
