There are many types of Oxford cloth, including checked Oxford cloth, nylon Oxford cloth, full-elastic Oxford cloth, Tig Oxford cloth, and weft Oxford cloth. Oxford cloth began around 1900. It uses finer combed high-count yarn as a double warp and is interwoven with a thicker weft yarn in a weft-heavy flat weave. It has soft color, soft fabric body, good breathability, comfortable wearing, easy to wash and quick-drying, and is often used as shirts, sportswear and pajamas.
Nylon main It is used for synthetic fibers. Its most prominent advantage is that its wear resistance is higher than that of all other fibers. It is 10 times higher than cotton and 20 times higher than wool. Adding some polyamide fiber to the blended fabric can greatly improve its wear resistance. Wear resistance; when stretched to 3-6%, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; it can withstand tens of thousands of bends without breaking. The strength of nylon is 1-2 times higher than cotton, 4-5 times higher than wool, and 3 times stronger than viscose fiber. However, polyamide fiber has poor heat resistance and light resistance, as well as poor retention, and the clothes made from it are not as crisp as polyester.
Oxford Cloth Both fabrics and nylon fabrics have their own advantages and disadvantages. Oxford fabric is more wear-resistant, while nylon fabric is lighter. Each has its own advantages, so choosing the fabric you want should be based on actual needs.
