As a powerful engine for the transformation of Siyang’s green home textile industry and the improvement of quality and efficiency of the real economy, the Shenghong New Materials Project is also an important step in Siyang’s construction of an advanced manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta and the promotion of high-quality economic and social development. support. This high-end textile industry project with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan and an annual output of 1 million tons of differentiated functional fibers and 500,000 tons of regenerated fibers will mainly use the leading equipment technology of Germany’s Barmag and Japan’s TMT. It will be cooperated with Lianyungang Shenghong Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. Form supporting upstream and downstream industrial chains, further expand and strengthen Siyang’s green textile industry chain, promote the structural optimization and sustainable development of the regional clothing textile industry and the polyester chemical fiber industry, and lay a good foundation for realizing the city’s goal of cultivating a 100-billion-dollar textile industry. . After the project is fully put into production, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 35 billion yuan, tax payments of more than 1 billion yuan, and employ more than 18,000 people.
It is understood that the 500,000-ton virgin spinning workshop 1 of the Guowang Hi-Tech project has been capped. After the equipment of the 500,000-ton virgin spinning workshop 1 is fully installed, it is expected to be put into operation by the end of August this year.
