On the afternoon of November 3, Hairong Holding Group Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Gushi County, planning to invest more than 10 billion yuan to build a new hairong (Gushi) textile and garment industry city.

It is understood that in March this year, the two parties signed a contract to invest in and build the Hairong (Gushi) Green Textile Industry Demonstration Base by Hairong Holding Group Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project start-up area covers an area of 325.5 acres, with a total construction area of 290,000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion yuan.
According to this agreement, the two parties agreed to work together to deepen cooperation again, with a planned construction investment of over 10 billion yuan, an area of over 3,600 acres, and a construction area of over 3 million square meters. The Hairong (Gushi) Textile and Garment Industry New City project in Midea aims to build a production base for the entire textile printing, dyeing and garment industry chain, a transfer and undertaking base for the Yangtze River Delta textile and garment industry, a core base for innovation and technology incubation of the textile and garment industry, and a high-quality representative of international brands. It is an industrial base, a textile and clothing trading center, an important base for international textile and clothing exhibitions and cross-border e-commerce, and a modern fashion and creative city suitable for industry and livability. It is expected that after the project is completed, the annual output value will reach 30 billion yuan, and profits and taxes will be more than 1 billion yuan, which will effectively promote the textile and garment industry in Gushi County to accelerate towards the goal of 50 billion yuan.
