The H13 grade high-efficiency filter material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene. It is expanded and stretched to form a microporous film. This film is coated on various fabrics and substrates using a special process. Becoming a new type of filter material, the membrane has small pore size, uniform distribution and large porosity. While maintaining air circulation, it can filter all dust particles including bacteria to achieve the purpose of purification and ventilation.
The H13 grade high-efficiency filtration material has a fibrillar microporous structure. The porosity of the membrane can reach more than 88% or even higher, and the membrane has 1.4 billion micropores per square centimeter, with a pore size range of 0.1 um-0.5um, high-efficiency filter paper has high and low temperature resistance (-200℃-260℃), no aging, no splitting, no color change, and strong weather resistance after long-term use.
We have a professional polymer R&D team with strong R&D capabilities and a number of invention patent certificates and practical patent certificates.
It has a full set of advanced production equipment, an advanced clean room and an independent composite slitting workshop to ensure the production quality of ptfe membrane.
