The straight roller yarn finishing machine consists of a cloth feeding device, an alkali liquid straight roller dipping tank, a rolling liquid device, a washing alkali removal tank, an alkali removal steam box, a flat washing machine, a drying machine and a cloth discharge device, as shown in Figure 6 -33 shown.

In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency, high speed and continuity, when using cloth clips to complete the machine, the following points should be paid attention to:
(1) It must be ensured that the fabric has enough alkali before the cloth clips are enlarged and soaked. Time, increase the diameter and number of cloth rollers, and have good padding and penetration effect.
(2) Appropriately increase the number of shower and suction devices and install a shower amplitude control device.
(3) Improve the material and structure of the cloth clips, enhance the strength of the cloth clip chains, increase the length of the cloth clips and the diameter of the clip disc.
(4) Reduce the wear between the high-speed running cloth clip chain, track and clip disc.
(5) Improve the alkali removal efficiency of the alkali removal steamer and flat washing machine.
(6) Adopt appropriate transmission methods to adapt to high-speed operation and have reliable linear speed adjustment devices and related electrical devices to flexibly and automatically adjust the linear speed between each individually driven unit.
