11 Machine troubleshooting
There are many failures that may occur in the printing machine during operation. Troubleshooting can be divided into two categories: non-stop processing and parking processing.
(1) Faults that can be solved without stopping:
① If you find a small amount of color paste particles or fluff embedded in the flower tube engraving, you can use a small copper wire brush to brush it away at the exit of the flower tube rolling point. If it cannot be brushed off, remove it after parking the vehicle.
② If very fine stripes are found on the surface of the flower tube, you can use a small fine grinding stone to carefully grind them off on the exit side of the flower tube. If it still cannot be rubbed off, stop the car and remove the flower tube and send it to the engraving workshop for repair. Generally, such faults are rarely found in chrome-plated flower tubes.
③If you find that the patterns on both sides of the cloth and the middle are different in color, you can adjust the pressure at both ends of the flower tube, or adjust the distance between the sizing roller and the flower tube to avoid over-tightening, or to make the color paste evenly added, etc. You should look for Causes will be corrected in a timely manner.
④When it is found that the scraper bracket or feed roller is loose due to vibration, the screws or nuts should be tightened immediately.
⑤When you find the wrong flower, you can drive at slow speed and correct it through the flower alignment mechanism.
⑥When the rubber blanket deviates, you can pull the sprocket on the head of the car to adjust it and move it to the specified position.
⑦ When you find that the fabric is stained, you should open the steam valve in the drying part to increase the drying temperature and the dryness of the fabric to avoid staining.
⑧If it is found that the tension of the floral cloth or rubber blanket is too large or too small, the speed between the unit machines or the tension device should be adjusted in time to ensure appropriate tension.
⑨When the humidity on both sides of the water wipe cloth is uneven, the pressure at both ends of the pressure roller can be adjusted.
(2) Failures that need to be stopped for processing:
① The squeegee blade has a chip or the blade is blunt, which will produce stripes or cause abnormal phenomena such as unclean squeegee surface and rough pattern outline, etc. It is necessary to stop the machine for unloading Lower the scraper to file.
② If there is excessive accumulation of fiber fluff at the contact point between the squeegee and the flower tube, after parking the car, you can use a piece of wet cloth to tie a knot at one end, loosen the weight hanging on the squeegee, hold the other end of the wet cloth, and start Drag it under the knife edge to clean the knife edge.
③If the flower tube is defective, you should stop the car, remove the flower tube, and send it to the engraving workshop for repair.
④ If the flower tube is used for too long, the inner hole will increase, causing the axis of the flower tube and the flower tube to loosen, causing the flowers to be misaligned. At this time, the flower tube should be stopped, removed, padded with kraft paper, and reinstalled.
⑤ When printing fabrics, if the ends are broken due to poor seams or excessive tension, or even the ends of the fabric are wrapped around other machine parts, a major accident will occur and the machine should be stopped immediately.
⑥When the color paste is mixed with impurities or the color paste is too thick or too thin and does not meet the usage requirements, you should stop the car and pour the color paste back into the pulp barrel, filter it and mix it before use.
⑦ When the amount of printed fabric in the flower tube is too much, the pattern will be worn down by the scraper and the bottom will be exposed. The flower tube should be removed after parking and sent to the engraving workshop for repair or replacement with a new flower tube.
⑧When the intarsia tube is serious and cannot be removed with a brush, it should be stopped and removed.
⑨ When the rubber pressure roller ages and cracks or the hardness increases, which affects the printing effect, you should stop the machine to remove the flower tube, install a special pressure roller grinding equipment, and grind off a layer of the rubber pressure roller skin.
⑩ When the surface of the rubber pressure roller is pressed into dents by hard objects, it will cause some of the printing to be unclear. You should stop the car immediately and fill it with raw rubber to repair it; when the dents are shallow, you can use hot water to soak them. rise.
When the Longyang flower tube bearing is damaged and generates heat during operation, which increases the motor load, do not pour cold water on the bearing. Stop the vehicle immediately, replace the flower tube bearing, and add grease.
If the machine is stopped for a long time after troubleshooting, the guide cloth or tape should be connected, the steam valve should be closed in time, and all the pressure on the flower tube should be relieved.
After the troubleshooting is completed, the vehicle should be driven according to the driving order.
21 Machine maintenance
(1) Frequently check safety valves, drain valves, bearings, transmission parts, etc. to make them move sensitively and reliably.
(2) Before each drive, all movable parts of the machine must be refueled according to regulations.
(3) Regular cleaning once a week.
(4) Carry out flat rolling according to the specified use period.
