The shedding mechanism adopts a positive dobby device, the installation form is bottom-mounted, and can accommodate up to 20 heald frames. It can also be equipped with a positive cam device and a jacquard device. The weft insertion mechanism is a double sword supplying weft from one side. The flexible sword belt driven by the cam drives the weft clamper. The clamping weft clamper is handed over in the center to complete the weft insertion. The beating mechanism is driven by a conjugated cam with a short reed base and separate reed base, and uses inertia to beat up to reduce the impact and energy consumption of leisure. The coiling mechanism uses worm gears, worm gears and sprockets to actively and continuously drive the coiling roller to achieve continuous coiling. The warp let-off mechanism has a compound let-off adjustment system, the weaving beam diameter detection roller and the tension guide roller system work together on the let-off stepless transmission to keep the warp tension constant. The two weaving beams maintain the same tension through the warp let-off differential device. The coiling mechanism is positive continuous coiling and is equipped with a weft density regulator. Weft density adjustment adopts a stepless adjustment weft density device, within the range of 3 to 80 threads/cm, without changing the gear. The selvedge device has a leno selvedge device and can be equipped with fold-in edge and hot-melt edge devices.
