Transmission and braking system
1. Function The function of the main transmission of the loom is to transmit the rotation of the motor to the main shaft and its related leisure parts through the transmission mechanism to realize various movements of the loom. The function of the braking device is to stop the loom at a predetermined position in time after receiving the stop command. 2. Form Various air-jet looms have different transmission systems and starting and braking mechanisms with different characteristics due to their different overall layout and structural design. With the advancement of microelectronics technology, the automation and intelligence of looms are increasing day by day, and their transmission and braking mechanisms have also undergone corresponding changes. Several main transmission and braking mechanisms are introduced below. 1. Super-start motor, electromagnetic brake transmission and braking system (1) Transmission: The transmission adopts a special motor that can quickly reach the rated speed when the loom is started, that is, a super-start motor. Its characteristics are: The starting torque can be set to 4 times, 8 times or 12 times the rated torque. The super starting torque and the time to return to the rated torque can be arbitrarily selected and set from one shuttle to four shuttles according to the warp type, loom speed, fabric structure and other conditions, so that the loom can start quickly to ensure the beat-up force. This prevents parking stalls. By changing the input voltage frequency of the motor, the loom can be made to run at low speed during inching and automatic weft search. Change the working speed of the loom by replacing the motor pulley. (2) Braking: Using electromagnetic brake for braking. The brake is divided into fixed disc and moving disc. The fixed plate is installed on the frame, and the moving plate is installed on the main shaft of the loom via a leaf spring. When the loom receives the stop signal, the main motor is powered off and the coil in the brake fixed plate is energized and generates an electromagnetic field. The magnetic field force overcomes the elastic force of the leaf spring, attracts the fixed plate and the moving plate, and generates a large braking torque. Make the loom stop at the predetermined position in time. The brake positioning accuracy of the loom can reach ±5°. Loom brake positioning accuracy is particularly important for automatic looms. Some looms have their electromagnetic brake installed on the main motor. This transmission and braking method has relatively low parking positioning accuracy. Because after the motor is braked, the pulley of the loom braking through the transmission belt will slip due to inertia, resulting in changes in the parking positioning position, which will also affect the service life of the belt. 2. Transmission and braking systems of ordinary motors and electromagnetic clutch brakes (1) Transmission: The transmission adopts ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors. When the loom is stopped, the motor drives the flywheel to run normally. When it is started, the clutch is engaged. The inertia of the flywheel makes the loom reach the normal operating speed quickly to reduce the parking gear. (2) Braking: Using electromagnetic clutch brake for braking. The brake is divided into fixed disc and moving disc. The fixed plate is installed on the frame, and the moving plate is installed on the main shaft of the loom via a leaf spring. The clutch also has two discs, one is mounted on the flywheel, and the other is mounted on the main shaft of the loom together with the moving disc of the brake. During normal operation, the fixed plate and moving plate of the brake are disengaged, while the two plates of the clutch are engaged. When the loom receives the stop signal, the clutch first disengages, so that the still running motor and flywheel no longer drive the loom, and then the fixed plate and moving plate of the brake are engaged to generate braking torque, causing the loom to stop at the predetermined position in time. at. The brake positioning accuracy of the loom can reach ±5°. Its characteristics are: Using the inertia of the motor and flywheel to start the loom quickly, the starting torque is not adjustable, and the maximum starting torque is the working torque of the loom. The slow motor can make the loom run at low speed during inching and automatic weft search. Change the working speed of the loom by replacing the motor pulley. 3. Transmission and braking of reluctance motor The main motor directly drives the loom through the gear, without the need for belts and pulleys. The motor speed is electronically controlled through programming. It can make the loom run at low speed during inching and automatic weft search; it can change the working speed of the loom without replacing the pulley; and it can realize large-scale variable speed operation. The main motor has its own braking function and does not require external brakes or clutches. ZA200 series air jet loom transmission system: The motor transmits power to the main shaft of the loom through the V-belt, and the main shaft transmits it to various mechanisms on the loom. The rest of the loom during inching and automatic weft search is to drive the main motor through the 5Hz variable frequency power supply, and then the main motor transmits the power to various mechanisms of the loom. See Figure 2-28 and Figure 2-29 for the transmission route of the mechanism.
