Maintenance and maintenance of electronic jacquard device
The dirt and lint from the cooling fan filter on the top cover of the jacquard device and the power box of the jacquard device should be removed every week. The filter is reusable and can be cleaned with compressed air.
Check the heald tension every month and make corresponding adjustments (if the heald tension can be guaranteed to be constant, the inspection interval can be extended to three months). Check the gearbox lubricant level (use the glass viewing hole). When checking the lubricating oil level, first stop the loom/jacquard device, wait 15 minutes, let the lubricating oil flow to the bottom of the gear box, and then check the liquid level. The correct liquid level is half of the glass viewing hole.
Never inject excessive lubricating oil into the gearbox as doing so will cause damage and oil leakage. Therefore, check the gearbox for oil leakage.
Every three months, check and lubricate the supporting surface of the knife guide plate (use a small oil broom to lubricate). Grease the Jacquard machine bearings via the supplied grease nozzles G1 and G2 (4/A) (there are 22 oil filling points on each side of the Jacquard machine). Grease the drive shaft universal joint (G1). Check the tightness of the drive shaft tightening screw. (Tighten to 150nm). Check the condition of the tie rods, cam surfaces and ropes.
Coat the cam surface with MobiluxEP2 or special cam surface lubricant.
The gearbox oil must be replaced regularly. The first oil change is after 500 working hours, and then every 4,000 working hours. Gearbox oil: ShellOmala460 or similar gearbox oil. The above oil quantities can vary depending on the gearbox ratio. Check that the gearbox has been filled with gearbox oil to the correct fluid level, which is halfway up the viewing glass. Never pour excess gear oil into the gearbox as doing so can cause damage and oil leakage.
Recommended lubricants: Grease (G1), MobiluxEP2 or similar grease; Grease (G2), Gleitmo585M or similar grease; Gearbox oil, ShellOmala460 or similar oil.
