Maintenance of the tuck-in device
1. Lubrication: All fold-in edge devices need to be completely lubricated before use. Each device requires about 450g of oil, and add oil to the upper part of the oil mark. DMALAOIL150 (Shell) lubricating oil or lubricating oil with similar performance should be used. Every 1 week: Check the oil mark on the side of the fold-in device. If it decreases, add it in time; manually lubricate the transmission gear of the fold-in device with NLG13, XM3 or grease with similar performance. Check the oil used every 5000h (or every year), use an oil spray gun to drain out the oil in the device; inject cleaning oil, and then drain it again; add new lubricating oil. After the first month of use of a newly purchased tuck-in device, the oil in the device should be replaced immediately. Check the grease used, check the NLG13 or XM3 grease in the gear seat, and add it if necessary. 2. Maintenance Clean all leisure parts with cleaning grease every day; blow the presser foot surface with compressed air to prevent accumulation of dust and fine hair. Clean and check the timing belt for transmission every 2000h (or 90 days); check various parts that may leak oil. If there is oil leakage, replace oil seals and other seals in time; check the wear of scissors, presser feet, and crochet hooks, if any Replace damaged parts promptly.
