1. Maintenance of heald frames
(1) Heald frames should be handled with care to avoid collisions.
(2) The heald frame should be cleaned frequently to remove any debris on the heald frame.
(3) After disassembling the side rails of the heald frame and installing the healds, the side rails should be installed and the screws must be tightened to ensure that the side rails are firmly assembled.
(4) The heald frames should be stored in a dry and clean place, and are strictly prohibited from contact with oil.
(5) Frequently check whether the heald frame and supporting accessories are loose, deformed, missing or exceed the wear limit, and make additions and repairs.
(6) Heald rods are often coated with car wax or floor wax to increase lubrication and rust prevention.
2. Management of heald frames
(1) Incoming factory inspection
The heald frames entering the factory must be randomly inspected or inspected piece by piece, and the following items must be inspected: (The ambient temperature tested is 20 ~25℃)
(1) Whether the heald frame combination is firm.
(2) Whether the dimensions of the heald frame and main parts are correct.
(3) Use the diagonal method to check whether the four corners of the heald frame are at right angles.
(4) Place the heald frame on the horizontal inspection board and check the flatness of the heald frame.
(5) Check whether the surface of the heald frame is flat, clean, and free of burrs, cracks and other defects.
(2) Turnover management
(1) Put the heald frames into the warehouse, count the quantity, distinguish the specifications and stack them.
(2) The heald frame should be stored to prevent deformation, moisture and rust.
(3) Check regularly, detect problems and deal with them in time.
(4) Make clear provisions on the service life and wear life, carry out maintenance and scrapping according to the provisions, and formulate and implement a turnover and supporting recycling system.
(5) Develop a purchasing plan based on inventory and usage.
