1. Type and structure of shuttleless loom temple support devices
(1) Shuttleless loom temple support devices are mainly divided into four categories according to the type of loom; Projectile loom temple support devices , air-jet loom side support device, rapier loom side support device, water-jet loom side support device.
There are many types of loom models in each major category of temple support devices. Depending on the loom model, the temple support device specifications and installation size and shape are also different. Therefore, each major category of temple supports The device is also divided into many varieties. In each variety, according to the different fabrics, the temple device of the same variety can be divided into multiple specifications, such as: thick fabric, woolen fabric, medium-thick fabric, light fabric , filament fabrics, and silk fabrics, the specifications of the temple supports are not exactly the same.
(2) The structure of the shuttleless loom temple support device mainly includes the four forms of copper licker-in operation, polyurethane ring operation, rubber roller operation, and steel licker-in operation, as shown in Figure 12-4~Figure 12 -7 shown. Thick fabrics, woolen fabrics, and medium-thick fabrics must be equipped with a temple device running a copper thorn ring, but the needle exposure height and needle arrangement need to change according to the thickness and warp and weft density of the fabric. Light fabrics, filament fabrics, Low extra high density fabrics should be equipped with a silk temple device operated by a rubber roller. Low extra high density fabrics and silk fabrics with high tension should be equipped with a steel temple device operated by a steel licker-in.
2. Technical requirements for shuttleless loom temple support device
(1) The surface roughness of the copper thorn ring should reach 3.2.
(2) The steel needles on the copper thorn ring should have no hooks, broken ends, or falling off.
(3) The copper stab ring operates sensitively after installation.
(4) The exposed surfaces of the steel needles on the copper thorn ring should be flush, and the difference in height should not exceed 0.15mm.
(5) The rubber roller runs smoothly after installation and there is no obvious difference in the threads.
(6) The thorn points of the steel licker-in must be sharp and free from jumping and breakage.
(7) The installation dimensions of the temple support device should comply with the installation requirements of the loom.
