At present, the raw material of fabrics with good drape is regenerated fiber. Other fabric materials and recycled fiber blended chemical fiber fabrics or interlaced can also obtain good drape. Dimensional shape-retaining performance: The degree to which the size of the fabric is elongated due to its own weight after being hung for a certain period of time and affects the neatness of the fabric is called the drape of the fabric. If the drape is large, the size and shape retention of the fabric will be poor, and it will easily deform during use. Tent fabrics require small drape and good size and shape retention. Fabric drape is related to its raw material properties, spinning yarn linear density, twist size, organizational structure, warp and weft density and other factors. Synthetic fibers, especially polyester and polypropylene, have small drapes and excellent dimensional shape retention, while recycled fibers have poorer performance.
