3. Sample process
1. Overall process: semi-finished product is coated with primer, dried, coated with middle slurry, dried, coated with top slurry, baked and cross-linked finished product
Drying temperature:

Temperature 80℃ 90℃ 100℃ 110℃ 120℃

 2. Slurry blending:
Slurry blending process: Add the finished slurry and stir à add diammonium hydrogen phosphate à add ammonium stearate à add SN-S à add ammonia
Formula:
Roulette 50kg
Ammonium stearate 150g (dissolve to 30% concentration before adding, you can add ammonia to dissolve)
Diammonium hydrogen phosphate 100g (dissolve to 25% concentration before adding)
Appropriate amount of ammonia (adjust pH = 9)
IV. Problems encountered and summary
1. The foaming machine is a self-made manual product with unstable performance and unsatisfactory foaming quality. It wastes a lot of pulp and takes time to clean. It needs to be improved, that is, adding a valve at the foam outlet to adjust the flow, increase the foaming intensity, and improve the foaming quality. Suggest they buy a new automatic foaming machine.
 2. After drying, a roller is needed. The roller is too small and the rolling force is not enough. It is recommended that the roll surface be treated with Teflome.
3. The volume on the PU coated knife is too small and the foam capacity is not enough.
4. Ammonium stearate is difficult to dissolve and it takes a certain amount of time to stir the slurry.
5. The overall effect is quite satisfactory to the naked eye.
