1. The contract does not specify the quality. Many colleagues who make fabrics only talk about specifications, colors, and quantities when negotiating prices, and do not mention other indicators at all; but when it comes to the actual production process, some customers will constantly put forward indicator requirements, such as complete source requirements, PH value, feel requirements or special finishing, etc. This will greatly increase the order quality risk. Facing such customers, Fabric will think more carefully than the customers, and will remind customers of the indicators and requirements that they should pay attention to based on the whereabouts of the products. If some indicators are determined to be unachievable, we will communicate with customers in advance. When taking a fabric order, I also remind you that you must communicate with the customer about the requirements, otherwise once the fabric is made into finished products, the loss will be huge!
2. The agreed delivery date is unclear. Because there are many steps in the production of natural cotton cloth – finished product – work clothes, including preliminary fabric planning, auxiliary material planning, selection of sewing factories, pre-production sample mailing time, etc. If there are some problems in any link, it will cause the garments to be shipped by air, increasing the chance of customer claims. This requires us to clearly agree on the delivery date in the contract to avoid unclear division of responsibilities. At the same time, we must think about what the customer wants when taking orders.We are anxious to meet customers’ concerns and our aim is “As long as we can find ready stock, we will never let customers order weaving”. This greatly reduces the risk to a certain extent. We also recommend customers to go to the fabric and color fabric center to fully search for ready stock. . 3. Sensitive colors. If your coloring order contains brown, military green, fluorescent yellow and other colors, these are all sensitive colors. They easily produce yin and yang colors in the coloring of flat tanks or overflow tanks. This is what is called Yemen. Side difference, head and tail difference. When encountering the above-mentioned sensitive colors, the fabrics will be produced on long machines with priority. Even if the cost is high, we will absorb it ourselves. The purpose of fabrics is to deliver first-class fabrics to customers.
4. Customer requirements. When discussing orders, customers often say: This order is for lining materials and the requirements are not high, but the price is low. If this order is used for export of brand lining materials, you should pay attention. Customer QC inspection will not relax the inspection standards just because you are lining materials.
