(1) In order to eliminate square eyes and make the cloth surface full and flat, the back beam of the plain weave fabric is about 19-22mm higher than that of the chest beam (P3). When the meridian eye is 12.7mm lower than the meridian trunk line, the meridian wall panel ((O1, O2) should be 210mm away from the front edge of the chest beam.
(2) The meridian should not be too tight. The warp yarns below the height and lower layers of warp yarns are required. It is the prerequisite to be close to the shuttle board. The position of the side strut is 6.35mm lower than the chest beam.
(3) The thickness of the reed piece is thinned as appropriate, or the original one with four reeds is changed to one reed. Two pieces of square eye can be improved.
(4) The weft-stabilizing mechanism is good, ensuring sufficient and even weft-pressing force to eliminate square eye.
